Tushar’s start in tech came from breaking and fixing a home computer as a kid, and he has been hooked ever since. With degrees in engineering and business from the University of Pittsburgh and Drexel University, his career in tech began at Unisys rolling out their first Active Directory networks before users ever got their hands on Windows 2000.
During his time in speciality manufacturing, Tushar worked as a bridge between the Production, Operations, Technical, R&D, and Quality teams. He interfaced well with the unionized workforce to manage material movement and warehouse operations, turning over $1.3MM in goods daily, rocketing up the on-time shipping percentage and minimizing inventory and financial variances. He routinely saved the organization significant costs by conducting operator training on computer and ERP systems instead of expensive off-site instructor-led training, all as a young lad.
Over the last decade, Tushar has experience leading both IT and software development organizations and has helped to grow a family-run clinical services company into a global business through the design and implementation of global infrastructure and industry-leading bespoke software.
His experience in varied industries and roles capped his field training as he became an expert in how technology can drive change for any business, from Fortune 500 companies to family-run operations.
